- Chop the onions, pork, green pepper and tomatoes separately.
- Put the pork in a sufuria then cover, and put it on medium heat.
- Add 2 onions and the green pepper, stir and cover again.
- Add salt and 2 tomatoes and some little oil, stir well and cover. Let the meat stay on fire till it's well cooked.
- With the remaining 1 onion and tomato, fry the chopped terere leaves but do not over cook.
- Once they are ready, enjoy with ugali.
