I love it on weeknights, served with steamed white rice. This is one of those recipes that I make again and again and again. As in all stir-fried dishes all the ingredients need to be prepared, ready to use, as the cooking is fast and you don't want it overcooked. Add the vegetable oil, garlic, ginger and pork.

- Make sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Taste the sauce and add extra Miso or Soy Sauce if required, depending on the saltiness of Miso you use.
