- Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda for 2-3 time and keep aside
- In bowl makhan, sugar powder whisk till floffy texture nw add dahi and mix well, add vanilla essence and seive maida with little and slowly milk with cut and fold method
- Remember there are no lumps remain. take a tin grease it and dust some maida nw pour batter in tin and tap and bake in pressure cooker for 40 min
- After cooling cake… demould it nw cut the cake in 3 layers and sprinkle sugar syrup and layered with whip cream and sprinkle some cherries and cover with another cake layer and decorate as u wish
