  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until top is browned and the cabbage mixture is well cooked.
  5. Dress with Okonomiyaki Sauce and Japanese Mayonnaise, and enjoy. *Note: Sprinkle Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes), Aonori OR Benishooga (Pickled Ginger) if you have, but I didn’t haver any of them.

Take the tray out of the oven and flip upside-down. Dress with OtaJoy Sauce Original (as much as you like!) and serve hot! Note: you can mix it up with additional flavors by adding your own. Convection ovens work by circulating hot air through the oven cavity by a rear-mounted fan. You can take the pan out of the oven.
