- Add cooked mushrooms, onion, spinach, and bacon mixture into bowl and mix together with egg mixture.
- Pour quiche mixture into pie crust. Cook on 400 for 45 minutes or until done. You'll know when you poke a toothpick into it and it comes out clean
- Take out quiche and let cool. Enjoy. Cheese is optional if you want to sprinkle on top. If so put back in oven for 5 to 10 minutes
