- Take the paneer and grate it,keep aside.
- Then heat a non stick pan and heat it,put ghee.
- Now in a bowl put the grated paneer,custard powder and sugar and mix well.
- Then put this mixture in the pan,and keep stirring
- Cook this mixture in medium flame for about 5 to 7 minutes and keep stirring occasionally or else it will stick to the base of the pan.
- When it gets into a thick mass turn off the gas
- Add little chopped nuts and mix well and keep it aside for cooling
- Now take the modak moulds and grease the mould from inside with ghee.
- When the paneer mixture cools down,grease your hands and put little mixture inside the mould, press it well from the base and close it,from all sides.
- Then remove the modak carefully and put it on a plate.Make all the remaining the similar way.
- Garnish with remaining nuts and serve immediately.
- The Prasad is ready to serve to Lord Ganesha.
