Tighten and keep this cloth with the beans in it covered in a container for 1 or 2 days. Let the lid on the container be loose and not tight. Afte 1day, y'll see small sprouts and they will grow after 2 days.
  6. We need to wash the sprouts and then steam them by adding 2-3 tsp of water. Till they are half cooked for crunchy taste.
  7. Now, cool for half an hour and add all the chopped- onions, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, green chilly, ginger, salt, pepper, red chilly, chat masala, lemon juice. Mix it well and it's ready to serve.
