- Once the pork is reday add a squeeze of lime and drizzle of honey, give it a good stir and and top the mango with it.
- Next sprinkle each lettuce cup with the zest, nuts, coriander and radish each garnish adds colour, texture and flavour to the cups.
- Addin extra chilli sauce is optional and not essential maybe just drizzle a bit around the cups so people can dip if they want to.
For the prawn and mango cups, arrange the lettuce leaves on a large platter. Top each with a teaspoon of mayonnaise, a slice of avocado and then a prawn half.
