  3. Roast the oats in a pan. Let them cool then grind them. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, asafoetida, ajwain and make a soft dough by adding curd and water
  4. Now make equal size balls from dough then roll out the balls to form a paratha in a desired shape. Heat pan and put the rolled out paratha on the pan, apply oil on both the sides and fry it until it get golden colour. Serve the paratha with raita & chutney.
