  4. 2-3 ghante mein yeh jam jayenge and yeh healthy and full of nutrition lollipops aap bachho ko chocolate ki Jagah pe anytime de sakte hai, winter ki season mein yeh subke liye bahot healthy hai.
  5. Aap ismein dates(khajur) bhi add kar sate hai. Uske liye mixture banate time khajur ko bhi grind karle agar khajur add karna chahte hai toh😊
