  1. Take a big bowl add semolina, oats and curd to it… add a little water to make a thick batter for idlis. Let it rest for 5 mins
  2. Meanwhile take a mini chopper and add green peas and roughly cut carrots… finely chop them and add to the idli batter.. add salt and turmeric and chopped coriander and a little water as well..
  3. Prepare the steamer for making idlis.. then add eno to the batter and mix well… grease the idli moulds and pour the batter into the moulds, place the idli stand into the steamer and cook for 10 mins… let it cool and then take out idlis on a plate.
  4. Serve along with green chutney or coconut chutney… garnish with some chives.
