  10. Lay Chicken in Preheated Oil
  11. Cook for approx 7 mins on One Side, Pierce with Knife Tip to Vent Chicken, Flip and Cook for approx 5 mins
  12. Pierce in Center, Make Sure Juices Run Clear (No Blood)
  13. Remove from Oil, Place on Draining Racks
  14. Serve Hot and Enjoy!
